Documentary Makers

Tell Me a Story is a collaborative project that brings together film-making talent to tell short stories of real life projects and endeavors that are of interest to the group, and the wider public.

Some of the team have a vast amount of experience in this field, whilst others may just be starting out. As well as telling the story, each project will offer opportunities for the team to learn, network, and pass on some of their experience to others in the group.

PROJECT NUMBER ONE

TinyTrax - The Whole Story

Bristol is a city teeming with media talent. It also happens to be the home of a children's wheelchair called TinyTrax. Funding by charities, this life-changing powerchair is designed to look fun and inviting, allowing children to explore and interact with their friends in a product that looks less medical.

We've pulled together a team of documentary film makers keen to tell the story of how this iconic design came into being, and to follow the next steps it takes to become available through the NHS and other channels in order to reach, and to go on to change the lives of many more children all across the country.

NUMBER

TWO

Could a story you want to tell go here?

We want to hear your ideas for future stories that you want to tell.

They can be about you, your friends, things that are going on in Bristol, or anywhere in the UK.

You can build a documentary making team, and work together to tell the story. You can look at running a Go Fund Me campaign if you think the project would benefit from funding support.
